P3 has experience in all aspects of medical device development and manufacture - taking ideas from initial concepts through design, IP registration, regulatory compliance, manufacture and marketing.

We have particular expertise in single-use products used in surgery but we welcome any innovative ideas for medical devices for use in any speciality or area.

Ideas are welcomed directly from clinicians or through development organisations.

P3 has in-house manufacturing capability for Injection Moulding, Cleanroom Assembly and Rubber manufacture (both natural and synthetic). A number of bespoke automated processes have also been developed for specific devices.

Where no in-house expertise or facility is available, P3 has an established network of medical device professionals and organisations which can be utilised as required.

P3 also supplies a number of medical device manufacturers on a private-label or subcontract basis.
